New to exercise? New to POPfit?

We believe that exercise can change your life. It’s not just about the physical element and benefits but it can also really help to support your mental wellbeing. You don’t have to be good at it. You can have two left feet, you can feel silly, you can feel anxious, you can feel the fear of coming to a new space, a new class with new people and wearing leggings for the first time. We ALL started somewhere. Our workouts are tough, yes. You sweat. We challenge you. BUT the most important thing is we have fun with it, we laugh, we use music because music is amazing and it inspires us to move.

We have so many different types of classes so you can try out to see what takes your fancy. The best workout is the one you enjoy doing and that is the real key to success. We want to bring joy into our workouts. You can mix and match the classes or maybe you’ll have your favourite class and will want to stick with that. There’s no right or wrong and remember, it’s just exercise! It’s good for you and we work hard on making it fun.
