Do you have showers?
Yes, heavenly ones! We have male and female changing rooms with showers located on the lower ground floor. REN toiletries are complimentary and towels are £1.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and trainers.
Do you have water?
Yep, you'll need it! We have water for sale in reception for £1. We also have a filtered water tap located near the studios. We do not provide bottles or cups though as we love the environment!
How early should I arrive?
5-10 minutes before class starts. If your a first time POPfitter please aim for 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you signed in and the instructor can answer any questions you have.
What if I arrive late?
If you are delayed you may not be allowed into class, it's totally up to your instructor. We start with a warm up and missing the first part of class will lead to a higher risk of injury and we really don't want that. If there is a space in the next class we can offer that to you, otherwise the normal cancellation/no show policy applies we're afraid.
How old do I have to be to take class?
16 years or older. If you are under 16 you need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian please.
Are there different levels of classes?
Our classes are made for and welcome all fitness levels. However, the instructor will modify and adapt the exercises depending on your individual needs. Go as hard as you like.
Can I take class if I’m new to exercise?
Oh for sure! Our classes are easily modified, you can take the class at your own pace and work within your boundaries.
Can I take class if I have injuries?
If you have any injuries or illnesses please let the instructor know before the start of your class. For the most part we can modify our exercises to work around your specific needs. For more information see terms and conditions.
Can I take class if I’m pregnant?
Yep! Please let the instructor know before the start of your class. Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant but if you're a regular you can continue to come along until the end of the second trimester. For more information see terms and conditions.
Can I train privately at POPfit?
Yes. Just ask! Email, call us or talk to one of our team in the Studio.
What if I need to cancel my class?
No worries, we know plans change. We have a 6 hour cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 6 hours before class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use. Classes can be switched within the 6 hour window at the discretion of the Studio Manager if there is availability. Please contact the Studio for this option and we'll do what we can. What is the waitlist and how does it work?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation saying you're in! All classes have a 6 hour cancellation notice, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist list last minute, be aware the 6 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist.
Can I freeze my membership?
Absolutely! You can freeze your membership anytime. Just login to your account and follow the instructions. Any problems give us a call or email the Studio and we'll be more than happy to lend a hand.
